There’s a lot of effort to make quality handmade items and embroidery files. If there’s a flaw in item is from my end, I will do everything that I can to make it right, please message me and we’ll work it out.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Especially for embroidery files, please double check that your machine has one of the currently available formating options before purchasing!
